John P. Bues
John P. Bues, Esq. is a senior associate at the firm with extensive experience in corporate, commercial, construction and real estate litigation.
He has successfully represented clients in numerous complex litigation matters, including construction contract disputes, lien foreclosure actions, insurance coverage, property damage claims arising out of construction projects, corporate shareholder disputes, corporate dissolution proceedings, mortgage workouts, bar-claim actions, employment law matters (for both management and labor) and landlord-tenant proceedings.
Mr. Bues has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict and has succeeded in upholding trial verdicts on appeal.
In addition to litigation, Mr. Bues also represents clients in numerous real estate closings, lease negotiations, the purchase and sale of business assets, facilitating SBA and IDA funding, and the purchase and sale of franchises.
