David A. Loglisci
David A. Loglisci, Esq., has more than 13 years of litigation experience, including trials in both the state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations. He also has successfully argued numerous appeals. Mr. Loglisci specializes in commercial, construction and general civil litigation. Mr. Loglisci recently was successful in recovering in excess of $1 million on behalf of a construction equipment lessor, whose customer claimed that he had become the owner of the equipment after paying rent for a certain period. After obtaining summary judgment, a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction, possession of the equipment and an order of contempt, Mr. Loglisci recovered the full amount of rent, interest and attorneys' fees from the lessee.
